Through the online grievance portal, consumers can report issues such as power supply interruptions, billing concerns, service complaints, or other electricity-related problems. Once a complaint is registered, it is forwarded to the concerned department officials for prompt resolution.
This initiative is aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and faster response to consumer concerns while providing a more accessible digital platform for citizens.
